Short Review:

Beautifully written! Each character has a complex structure. They each have their flaws and their haunting secrets and pasts. This is a book that won't let you go, you'll try but you'll keep coming back to it. There is so much revealed about these characters, but so much left unsaid that you'll want the next book the second after you finish. I'm really looking forward to continuing this series.

I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with my husband and two daughters. I'm a lawyer, who specializes in cases of sexual abuse and violence against children and women. I also have a Masters in Business Law and a BA in Fine Arts. I've always loved to read, write and listen to music. I lived and studied in England, France, Italy and Switzerland.
