Follow Friday (#22): Deal Breaker in a Book

Follow Friday is a weekly event hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read--a great way to discover new amazing blogs and new friends!

Q: What is a deal breaker for you in a book? For example, do you abhor love triangles? Or can’t deal with bad editing?

Answer: Bad editing is one; it interferes with the flow of the story. I also don't really like books that are NOT from the character's POV; it seems impersonal from the author's POV or when the author tells the story, and I have a hard time really connecting with it.

How to follow:

With my new blog design there is a gray bar on the side of the page that pops out when you put the computer mouse over it. The GFC is under my profile button. Linky is unavailable at the moment, but I'll have it posted at a later date.
