The Bout of Books Read-A-Thon is hosted by Amanda @ On a Book Bender!
I have quite a few book that I need to read for tours and reading challenges, so I'll be working on reading and finishing those during this read-a-thon.
Books To Read:
UPDATE: I'm replacing Awaited with Night Walker by Lisa Kessler
UPDATE: I'm replacing Awaited with Night Walker by Lisa Kessler
Awaited (Wasteland #2) by Lynn Rush- Moon Called (Mercy Thompson #1) by Patricia Briggs
- The Summoning (Darkest Powers #1) by Kelley Armstrong
- The Darkest Whisper (Lords of the Underworld # 4) by Gena Showalter
- Perception (Clarity #2) by Kim Harrington
The first three books are for tours and reading challenges, and the last two are personal choices in case I get my required reading finished.
To see all updates, check out the read-a-thon page at the top of the blog or CLICK HERE.
Kelley Armstrong's books are awesome, you've got a good pile for this, good luck!
ReplyDeleteExcellent books choices. The Summoning is one of my all-time favorite books!
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining us for the read-a-thon!
Hey! You're a fellow Minnesotan! :) I read The Summoning relatively recently and it was pretty good! I have to get going on the other books in that series, though.
ReplyDeleteI've got a Lords of the Underworld book on my list too ;) You're gonna love Sabin and Gwen! Good luck and have fun!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the challenge and happy reading :) I hope to read 5/6 books.
ReplyDeleteI read Moon Called during my last read-a-thon---just a warning, you will want the rest immediately LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm participating too. Good luck! :)
ReplyDeleteMoon Called is an excellent book, I hope you like it! I have read some of Kelley Armstrong Women of the Otherworld series but not her YA. Excited to see what you think. Good luck!

When She Reads
I loved The Darkest Whisper! Hope you like it just as much and good luck!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower aswell :)
Good luck on your goal!! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I've read the first two LOTU books now, both during 24-hour read-a-thons I think. Maybe I'll have to go root out number three for this week!
ReplyDeleteI'm aiming to topple a few library books from my pile along the way, and even though I'm at work all week I'm hoping it'll be a good incentive to keep picking up my book in my spare moments instead of mucking about on the internet!
Oo Mercy Thompson, I love that series. I've read The Summoning as well. Good luck and I hope you have fun!
ReplyDeleteI have heard of all those but still to read them.
ReplyDeleteGood luck and happy reading!
